It’s expressing your emotions with kindness. We often confuse that to stop emotional suppression, we have to fight and by this, we are bound to cross certain lines. Just express with kindness, and if it’s not working just give them the freedom and have freedom as well to be yourself when you are away.
5. Rejuvenation
Also, you have to rejuvenate yourself by taking a break when you constantly undergo certain emotional pressure with the same pattern repeating again and again. After rejuvenation, you feel at ease and lightened from the heart and it’s easy then to express your emotions.
